You mentioned this earlier, but I would imagine that it is very challenging to get students who have been groomed in the broken system to be willing to change, until they see the value being placed on them and jc chemistry tuition their learning. The teacher’s primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material.
All teachers report that they spend extra time planning fun activities to encourage class participation and student interest. The teacher’s job in this classroom is to assess what skills students need to develop and then help facilitate that, rather than dispense the content.
The quality of an institutional teaching program may therefore be improved by persuading as many faculty members as possible to use those methods in their classes and providing them with the training and support they will need to implement the methods successfully.
