Unhappy at the office? Change your attitude. It can make a big difference. Take a typical weekday and appraise the variety of hours you’re awake. If you’re a working woman, nearly all of them are most likely spent in the office. It may be that events at the job conspire against you – yet it’s how we respond to them that creates a huge difference. It all depends upon attitude. In the twenty-first century, however, lots who themselves mismanage stress are trying to find stress relief approaches for a preschool child or children. I have been appalled, both as teacher and principal, to determine the negative, detrimental changes since I began my career. While we battle to instill greater measures of preschool to reduce stress, we actually increase stress on children.
